For brands & businesses
Real needs, from a community most brands can't reach
First responders and their families see problems most industries never hear about. FRSA verifies those needs, removes every personal detail, and opens them to partners who can genuinely help.

What partners get
De-identified opportunities
A marketplace of real needs from the community, written up by FRSA with the evidence behind them.
FRSA-run research
Structured research with the community, run by FRSA under strict consent rules.
Genuine collaboration
Propose solutions, contribute expertise and resources, and test with the community through FRSA.
Measured outcomes
Every project ends with published results and a learning record — including what didn't work.
Collaboration in practice
Partners don't get a mailing list — they get a working relationship with the community, through FRSA. Co-design sessions, prototype feedback and real-world testing, with consent and privacy guarded at every step.

How verification works
- 1
Register and tell us about your organisation — what you make, who you serve, what you can contribute.
- 2
Accept the Brand Partner Terms: confidentiality, no attempts to identify community members, and FRSA may publish de-identified outcomes.
- 3
FRSA reviews and verifies your organisation. Until then, the marketplace stays closed to you.
The insight submission
Before a proposal moves beyond discovery, you complete a 15-question insight submission: the opportunity you see, the evidence behind it, what would disprove it, and how success should be measured. It keeps every project honest from day one.
FRSA's gateway review is done by people — scored on evidence, community benefit, feasibility and privacy risk. No automatic approvals.
What brands never get
- Names, profiles or contact details of community members
- Individual submissions or their original wording
- Consent records or private member settings
- Other organisations' proposals, files or review scores
What you can expect
- De-identified summaries written by FRSA
- Counts and trends, never individuals
- Clear decisions with public reasons
- Published outcomes you can stand behind
