Terms of Use

Draft — version 2026-10.

The platform

FRSA Innovation Lab is run by the First Responder Soccer Academy (FRSA). It connects first responder and family experiences with businesses and researchers to create better products, services and partnerships. FRSA is the trusted intermediary and approval authority for everything that happens on the platform.

Community members

You must be a first responder, a family member of one, or otherwise part of the community FRSA serves.

What you share is private to FRSA by default. Nothing becomes public without FRSA approval, and only in the way you chose (anonymous or with your display name).

Never share patient or client details, incident details, names of colleagues or members of the public, or confidential operational information.

You can withdraw consent or request account deletion at any time in Settings → Privacy.

Brand partners

Your organisation must be verified by FRSA before you can access the opportunity marketplace.

You must not attempt to identify, contact or profile individual community members. Brands receive de-identified summaries only.

FRSA may publish de-identified outcomes of projects, including unsuccessful ones.

You keep ownership of research and materials you attach to your own proposals.

Gateway decisions are made by FRSA people and recorded with reasoning. FRSA's decision is final.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform, attempt to bypass its access controls, or scrape its contents.

Don't upload anything unlawful, defamatory, or that you don't have the right to share.

Liability and changes

The platform is provided in good faith as a community service. FRSA may change these terms; the current version is always on this page.
