For first responders & families
You see what others miss. We make sure it counts.
Shift work, kit that almost works, family life around the roster — you know what's really going on. FRSA turns those everyday observations into better products, services and partnerships, without ever exposing who you are.

What you can share
- Something you noticed — a habit, workaround or pattern
- A problem that gets in the way, on shift or at home
- An idea for a fix, product or service
- Feedback on a product or service you actually use
- An unexpected connection between two things
What never to share
- Patient or client details — ever
- Incident details or incident numbers
- Names of colleagues or members of the public
- Confidential operational information
Our sharing form checks for obvious risk words and asks you to review before anything is sent. FRSA reads everything before it goes anywhere.
How you stay anonymous
Private by default
Everything you share goes to FRSA only. You choose whether it stays private, is shared anonymously, or carries your display name.
De-identified before it leaves
FRSA removes names, stations, dates and anything identifying before a need is discussed with any business.
Brands never see you
Partners receive summaries written by FRSA. Never your name, your profile, or your original words.
What you get back
Updates you can follow
Follow any idea and get notified when it moves — research, partners, testing, outcomes.
Real outcomes, published
When something is tested, the result is published for the community — good or bad.
Benefits built for you
Products, services and partnerships shaped by what frontline families actually need.
